You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We reserve the right to cancel services due to severe weather or safety concerns without penalty to either party.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work to address your concerns.
We do not warrant or guarantee specific outcomes related to plant health, weather resistance, or other factors beyond our direct control. Our services are designed to maintain and protect your property but cannot eliminate all risks associated with seasonal weather changes.
